Before you cancel — please read this
By cancelling, you agree to all of the following:
- Your fax number will be released back to the carrier and may be reassigned to someone else.
- Any faxes sent to your number after release could be delivered to the new owner — that's outside our control once the carrier reassigns it.
- You won't be able to send or receive faxes on this number again.
- Stored documents are deleted under our normal retention policy (90 days, or 7 years if you have Document Vault).
- You won't be charged again. Previous charges aren't refunded except where required by law.
